COATINGS
Coating operation is performed to increase the corrosion and abrasion resistance of both double layer and single layer pipes.

Copper Coated Hair:
Electrolytic copper coating process provides low and sensitive copper coating thickness as requested by the customer.
Pipe Coating:
Zinc + Cr + 3 Passivation
Cr + 3 passivation is applied on electrolytic zinc coating.
In this way, the pipes are given resistance against corrosion - white and red pass - resistance.
Zinc + Cr + 3 Passivation + Pvf
Cr + 3 passivation and PVF paint application on electrolytic zinc coating is done. Coated pipes become resistant to corrosion, chemical effects, thermal shocks, different climatic conditions and physical effects.
Zinc + Passivation + Primer + PA12
On electrolytic zinc coating, primary and extruded PA12 coating are made on Cr + 3 passivation. Coated pipes become resistant to corrosion, chemical effects, thermal shocks, different climatic conditions, and physical (especially stone bumps) effects. Instead of PA12, different polymer applications are also made on the customer's wishes.
