Successfully keeping up with the ever rising quality standards of the automotive sector, Bantboru carries out work with talented engineers in its R&D department and advanced laboratory facilities, and also collaborates with main automotive industry R&D units abroad.
Brake pipe routing designs are done by using CAD Data of the vehicle body in the Product Design department, and CATIA V5 and Inventor programs are used to achieve that. Connection elements selection and connection condition determination, designing new type brake tubes (hybrid tubes consisting of rigid and flexible break tubes), the realization of demountable connection instead of welded connection transition option, reviewing projects sent by OEM by using CAD programs, and by using CAD DATA sharing platforms, work is carried out coordinated with OEM R&D.
In the Process Development department, efficiency improvement of existing production methods and machinery, providing sustainable quality, improvement of production machinery, designing special machinery required by the production work is carried out.
In the R&D Prototype Workshop, which operates linked to R&D Engineering department, sample productions of parts and models are carried out. Furthermore, the R&D LAB2 has test devices used by the engineers and validation tests are carried out in this laboratory. System Design startup and validation studies are also carried out here (Measurement validation with camera control, PLC programming, torque-power tests on brake pipe connections etc.)
